Traditional🥄 - Preheat the oven to 180° with heat up and down. - Crush the almonds and melt the chocolate (in the microwave in 30sec intervals or in a bain-marie). - Mix all the ingredients in a bowl - Prepare the mold with parchment paper and pour the mixture (you can add pieces of nuts). - Bake in the oven for 20-25 min and... READY!!! ☺️

Mambo🤖 - Preheat the oven to 180° with heat up and down. - In the jug with the blades, grind the almonds: 15sec, speed 10 and set aside. - Add the chocolate and crush it: 8sec, speed 10 - Add the milk: 2min, veloc 1, 60°, p4 - Add the rest of the ingredients: 1min, veloc 4 - Pour the mixture into the baking pan with parchment paper (you can add pieces of nuts). - Bake in the oven for 20-25min and...
