Cut the vegetables, garlic and onion into small cubes and sauté them in a non-stick pan over medium heat.

In the meantime, soak the textured soybeans in hot water.

Drain the soybeans and squeeze out as much water as possible and add to the pan with the vegetables.

Drain and wash the chickpeas and add them to the pan.

Finally, add the tomato sauce, salt, oregano, a pinch of black pepper and a pinch of cumin. Stir and integrate everything well and that's it!
