We put a casserole to the fire with 4 spoonfuls of EVOO. Once it is hot, add the 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped. As soon as it starts to brown, add the grated onion and the shrimps. Cook for 5 minutes over low heat.

Add the flour and cook for 2-3 minutes, being careful not to let it stick or burn. Add the hot broth and cook for 10 minutes more, stirring from time to time.

After the time has elapsed, add the parsley and mix very well.

Put the hake carefully and mix with the sauce. Move the casserole repeatedly to prevent it from breaking. Cover and cook for 5-10 minutes over low heat depending on the thickness of the hake.
