Grate the zucchini and drain the water.

Mix with the flour and the spices of your choice (oregano, garlic, pepper, ground chili bell pepper...) and add the egg 🥚

When homogeneous: make the desired shape and bake in the oven for 10-15 min at 180ºC (preheated).

Add your toppings (crushed tomato, light cheese, goat cheese, York ham, cherry ...) and add oregano on top 🙂

Cook for 20 minutes (approximately) and enjoy!
