Preheat the oven to 200ºC.

Place the cherry tomatoes and garlic cloves in a tray with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt, and stir well. Make a space in the center, add the hummus with a pinch of basil, oregano and rosemary, and bake for 30 minutes.

Prepare the pasta with water and salt in a saucepan as directed.

When the tomatoes and garlic are ready, mash them with a fork and mix them with the hummus.

Add the finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes, the squeezed lemon and the nutritional yeast and mix well until a creamy sauce is obtained.

Serve the pasta with a drizzle of AOVE, the hummus sauce, and decorate with a few leaves of parsley or cilantro.
