First we put the pumpkin and the onion to sauté over medium heat. When it is ready add the whole wheat flour and let it cook for a while, when it is golden brown add the milk and nutmeg to create a béchamel sauce.

Bring water to a boil and add the spaghetti.

When the béchamel sauce and the vegetables are ready, blend everything together to create a sauce.

We take out some salted shrimp and cut them, together with the tuna. When everything is ready we form the dish and add the spices to taste and if you want cheese too 🤤. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
