Good morning, today I bring you this delicious gluten-free bread, I hope you like it.💚 ✳ INGREDIENTS ✳ ▪︎ 500gr of organic buckwheat flour. ▪︎ 400ml of warm water. ▪︎ 25gr fresh yeast. ▪︎ 1 teaspoon salt. ▪︎ Chia seeds for decoration. ✳ HOW IS IT MADE? ✳ First we heat the water until lukewarm. We dissolve the crumbled fresh yeast and let stand 5 minutes. In a bowl add the flour and salt, make a volcano in the center and add the mixture of water and yeast. As it is a gluten-free dough we have to mix it in the bowl. Cover and let it ferment for 1 hour. After the time we move it again and put it in the mold where we are going to bake it, add the chia seeds, cover and let it ferment for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 200° and bake for about 40 minutes. Remove and let it cool.
