Preheat the fryer at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. Remove the stalk, seeds and if they are very large green peppers cut them in half. (In case we use padron peppers, it is not necessary, they are fried as they are).

Put the peppers in the tray and brush with olive oil on both sides.

We put the peppers in the oven and put them in the oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes (it also depends on how we like them toasted, you have to keep tasting). (The time depends on the size of the peppers, if they are padron peppers about 10 minutes more or less).
