Put in a shallow dish soy sauce, a few drops of vinegar and a little bit of Tabasco (optional). Once this is done, place the salmon loin on this mixture for 10 minutes on each side.

Then, place it in the pan for 30 seconds on top and 30 seconds on the bottom (if you like it more done, leave it about 1 minute per side). Once the time has elapsed, remove from the pan and cut it into slices and plate it. Ready to enjoy!
