Homemade tuna patties on airfryer

First we start with the stuffing. Crush or chop the onion, the bell pepper and the tomato, and add it in a frying pan. Let it poach. When it is poached, add the tuna. Let it cook for a couple of minutes over low heat.

While the filling is cooking, we prepare the dough. In a bowl, add the flour and the yogurt, and mix well with a spatula or spoon. Add the oil and salt, and stir until everything is well mixed, and the dough is consistent. THE DOUGH IS STICKY. We will use a pinch of flour to be able to give the chosen form to the pasties with the hands.

Take some of the dough, the size you prefer, and stretch it. Add the filling in the center, and taking another bit of the dough, we shape it to use it as a top, and thus create the pie. With your finger, "press" on the edges to join both parts, and so it is closed. Continue until the dough and filling are finished.

On baking paper, add the dumplings, so that they do not touch. Beat an egg, and with a brush, we pass it over each patty. I made them in the airfryer. Bake for 15' in the Bread program, at 160°C.
