Salmon with chickpeas and broccoli

Wash and cut the broccoli into florets. Boil it for about 8 minutes after the water returns to a boil.

Grill the salmon (very little or no oil). Put it over medium-low heat and cover and let it cook (about 10 minutes). When it has already changed color you can turn it over to brown the top a little.

Drain and rinse the chickpeas well. You can heat them a little in a frying pan or put them in cold.

Place the drained broccoli on the plate, the chickpeas on top, dress with extra virgin olive oil and place the salmon on top (you can remove the skin before serving, if it is present). Sprinkle sesame seeds for decoration if desired.
