Put water in a casserole with the following vegetables: a leek, half an onion, a whole tomato, a potato cut into wedges, half a green bell pepper and a dash of EVOO.

When the vegetables are cooked, remove all the vegetables except the potato and mash them. Add them back to the casserole. Salt is added.

Add a hake loin and cook for 5 minutes. Add the fine noodles and cook for another minute. Rectify the salt if necessary.
