Soak the date in a little water (30 mins).

Put all the ingredients, except the pistachios, in the blender, including the date with a little of the water.

Mash everything together very well, put in the mold and add the peeled and chopped pistachios.

Place in the freezer for at least 6 hours. Remove from freezer and put the ounce of melted chocolate (in the micro) on top....
