Broccoli with hummus

We cut the broccoli in small trees and peel the carrot. Put it in the steam case for 3 minutes in the microwave. I usually put the carrot in whole. If it is big, it may need a couple of minutes more.

Wash and chop the mushrooms. Add a little salt, garlic powder and paprika and mix well. Put them in the steam case for 2 minutes. And now we have all the ingredients ready

Assemble the dish. At the base of the plate we put two generous spoonfuls of hummus (I use the one from hacendado which is... 🤤 but you can make it at home) and add paprika.

Put the chicken strips (I use the baked chicken strips from hacendado but you can make a chicken fillet).

Then add the broccoli.

Finally, add the chopped carrots and mushrooms.
