For the compote (for a jar of 700 grams. I make for several days and use it as a sweetener in yogurts, toasts, cheese). 🍎5 apples ( to choose, I used 4 fuji+ 1 golden) 🌶️canela and ginger , if you like it ️peel and cut the apple into pieces , pour the spices and put in a bowl or large salad bowl, cover with film and microwave. ️when it's cooked (almost discarded), beat and ready!
