Wash the potatoes very well. We decide if we want to leave them with skin or not, if not, peel them.

Cut the potatoes in the shape of a wedge or whatever you like best.

Leave the potatoes in a bowl with water for 10 minutes. During this time I change the water 2 times and rinse very well.

Preheat the air fryer to 205° for 5 minutes.

Drain the potatoes and add the oil and the rest of the ingredients.

Bake at 190° for approximately 25 minutes depending on your airfryer.

Stir during cooking.

Once finished, add a pinch of salt and enjoy!!!!
