We start with the cookie dough, which is a raw cookie dough, so it cannot have eggs or raw flour (although in this case it is oat flour). We bake the flour on a baking sheet at 180° C for 10 minutes.

In a bowl add the flour, the 4 tablespoons of dates (I have prepared before a paste of dates, dates + water in the blender), the tablespoon of oil, about 50 grams of oat drink (to start), and a touch of vanilla if we have it. Stir well and add the dark chocolate chopped in small chips, and if we see the dough too dry we add more vegetable drink progressively.

We are going to divide this cookie dough into small balls, preferably of similar size, and keep them in the fridge (I had 1/4 of dough left over, you can turn them into sticks by molding them in an elongated shape or even try baking them).

As for the ice cream itself, I mix in the blender the previously frozen bananas, coconut milk, cashews (you can add them whole because we are going to crush them, I have prepared before a cashew cream by crushing them with a little water and the measure is a tablespoon), vanilla and a tablespoon of date paste.

Once it is done, we put it in a 500 ml container. I'm alternating a little ice cream mixture, some cookie dough balls, and so on until the jar is full, and on top more balls to decorate :) Then put it in the freezer for an hour, and take it out half an hour before consuming :)
