Brown the chicken in a frying pan and cook the onion with a little olive oil. When it is ready add the ham and stir. Add the curry and mix everything.

Boil the rice for 10-12 minutes. Then add it to the pan with the other ingredients and stir. You can add more curry, according to your taste.

Stir well integrating the rice with the chicken, ham and onion for a few minutes and ready.
