Mix very well the precooked corn flour with the water, oil and a teaspoon of salt. I added a little grated cheese but this ingredient is optional.

Once mixed, make small balls of the desired size. Then flatten with your hands giving a round shape. If they break or crack, add a little more water.

They can be baked in the oven or on a griddle (I did it this way). Put the dough on a griddle over medium heat and let it cook on each side. I had them for about 10 minutes on each side at medium low heat because I was afraid they would be raw.

And that's it! Now all that's left is to cut in half (without reaching the end) and fill to taste. I put guacamole, turkey, grated cheese and cherry tomatoes. And enjoy!
