To make the quiche dough put in a bowl 50 gr of ground oatmeal and 50 gr of whipped cream cheese. Knead until you get a dough.

Roll out the dough and put it in a mold coated with a few drops of oil. Bake at 180° for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, heat the oil in a frying pan, add the onion to poach, when it is ready add the mushrooms and finally the zucchini. Sauté well with a little salt and pepper.

Beat the egg with the rest of the beaten cheese and season with salt and pepper. Add this mixture to the onion, mushroom and zucchini filling. I added the steamed broccoli and some grated cheese. Put this mixture on our base and sprinkle the rest of the grated cheese on top. Bake at 180° for 15-20 min
