Put two tablespoons of oil, nutmeg, salt, pepper, two large spoonfuls of flour and a spoonful of butter in a microwaveable bowl. Stir with a spoon until it becomes a paste and put it in the microwave for 1 minute.

Take it out, stir again with a fork and put it back in for another minute.

Add milk (approx. 1/3 of the glass) and stir well with a stirrer to avoid lumps and put it back in for 1 minute.

Repeat the previous step two more times and that's it! If you see that it is too thick, add more milk.
