In a pan with oil fry the onion, garlic cut in half, when they are golden brown add the broccoli cut into small heads, toast it and add the tomato cut into small cubes, toast everything until it is ready.

Then add the spices with a little salt to taste and the cup of crushed tomato, stir until all the ingredients are mixed, about 5 minutes.

Add the cup of rice and distribute it evenly over medium heat, when the tomato is drying add water and continue cooking, check the texture of the rice so that it does not become hard and add more water if necessary.
