This recipe couldn't be easier and tastier. Take the seitan and cut it into thin slices with a sharp 🔪 knife. My recommendation is that even if it's already sliced, try to make it thinner.

In a frying pan 🍳, in the oven or in the air fryer cook the seitan turn and turn: in about five 🕔 minutes on both sides it should be done, although that will depend on the type of seitan and the way you cook it. It is best to always follow the instructions on the package.

For the SALSA 🫙 let's put the rest of the ingredients (tomato sauce 🍅 or chopped tomatoes, bell pepper 🫑, onion 🧅, garlic 🧄 and carrot 🥕) in the blender until you get a delicious sauce. If it gets too thick (depending on your taste), you can add more water 💧 or vegetable stock.

Finally, put the seitan together with the sauce 🫙 in a bowl and sprinkle with your favorite spices. In my case black pepper 🌑 and Provencal herbs.
