Peel the potatoes and cook them. Once cooked, mash them (without the water) and mix with the rest of the ingredients.

Then we extend in the form of rolls (use more flour if they stick to our hands) and cut with the knife in the size we want and round the gnocchi.

We put a saucepan with boiling water and pour the gnocchi and once they float we drain and we can add the sauce we want. In this case I made a tomato sauce with onion, turkey and oregano.
