First we cut the vegetables in mirepoix, put a splash of EVOO in the pan and cook them until they are a little tender. While they are cooking we put water to boil and cook the rice for the time indicated by the manufacturer. While everything is cooking, prepare the dressing for the hake.

For the dressing, squeeze half a lemon, add the chopped parsley, a dash of EVOO and a pinch of salt. Stir and impregnate the hake loins and leave them to marinate for approximately 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, we put the hake in the Airfryer for 9 minutes at 180°C on the "fish" program. As I mentioned, it could also be done in the oven for the same time and temperature, in the microwave it would be about 4-5 minutes and in the frying pan, as it is a little more indicative.

Meanwhile, we mix the rice with the vegetables and add the spices. It should be noted that it is anti-inflammatory as it contains turmeric and pepper, which when consumed together, enhances the benefits of turmeric and exerts an anti-inflammatory power, also by giving the touch of ginger, makes it an explosion of flavor.
