We start making the base: grind the hazelnuts, almonds, 3 dates, coconut oil and oats and expand in a base (mine is 22cm).

Leave in the freezer for 20 minutes

We prepare date paste with 30 dates and water.

Add the cheese spread, cream, flour and eggs.

Stir everything together and add to the base.

Put in the oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees with heat up and down (no fan). It may be that after 20minutes you see that it has been too much torrado on top so switch to heat only below.

Let cool and put in the refrigerator for 6 hours and voila!
