Chop the carrot. I used a glass blender.

Beat the egg and add it to the carrot and mix.

Add the chickpea flour to the mixture until a compact dough forms. I used approximately 30 grams.

Add salt, pepper and onion and garlic powder. Mix well.

Spread the dough on a baking paper and bake for 15 minutes at low temperature (170-).

Take the dough out of the oven and add ingredients to taste, put it back in for a few more minutes.
