Peel and chop all vegetables into small pieces 🔪🧅🥕🥒.

Put the vegetables in the pan and sauté for about 15 minutes with your favorite spices (in my case I put rosemary, parsley, thyme and black pepper) 😋

Add a glass of water and a glass of Couscous to a pot and let it simmer for 5 minutes 🔥.

Once everything is done, add the couscous to the pan with the vegetables and integrate it well, then serve it on the plate and enjoy!
