Peel and cut the potatoes as for an omelette.

Laminate the mushroom.

Put potatoes and mushrooms in a bowl, add a dash of oil and spices to taste.

Place the above mixture in the airfryer at 180° for 15 minutes. We will be checking during cooking and stirring.

We put the egg to cook.

When finished, place the potatoes and mushrooms on the plate and add the chopped egg.
