1. Cut the apple into small pieces and place them in a bowl.

2. Microwave the bowl with the apple for 3 minutes.

3. Remove the apple from the microwave and place it in a shredding bowl.

Add the eggs to the bowl.

Add 8 large spoonfuls of oatmeal.

Add 4 scoops of protein to taste (can be vegetable).

6. Mash everything together and cook the pancakes in a frying pan over medium heat with a little EVOO.
