Boil the lentils with the cinnamon stick for about 1 hour or 30 minutes in a pressure cooker. Soak the pitted dates in boiling water for at least 5 minutes.

Drain the lentils and blend with the eggs, dates and vanilla flavoring.

Then add the cocoa, yeast and a pinch of salt. Integrate well with the help of a spoon or a silicone spatula.

Preheat the oven to 180ºC. Fill the donut molds with the mixture. If they are not made of silicone, grease them with a little oil. Bake in the oven at a medium temperature for about 20 minutes.

Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a saucepan in a Bain Marie. Dip the doughnuts and let cool in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
