Baked salmon with zucchini and peas

Cut the potatoes, onion and zucchini into slices. Spread them in a baking dish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and salt.

Preheat the oven to 200°C and introduce the dish with the vegetables. Approximately 20 min.

Then add the salmon with a little oil, salt and pepper. We also add the peas. Back in the oven, approximately 15 minutes.

Finally, sprinkle some chopped parsley over the salmon.
