⭐ INGREDIENTS (for 26 cm mold): Dough: - 125 g whole wheat flour - 50 ml water - 25 ml oil - A pinch of salt Filling: - 250 g whipped cream cheese - 4 eggs - 1 onion - A handful of grated mozzarella cheese - 200 g spinach - Nutmeg - Goat cheese

Mix the flour, oil, water and salt until you have a homogeneous dough that can be rolled out. Shape it and place it in the mold. Bake the base alone at 180° for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, chop the onion and poach it in a frying pan with a little salt. When almost done, add the spinach to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes.

When the onion and spinach are ready, pour into a bowl along with the rest of the filling ingredients (the beaten cream cheese, the beaten eggs, the mozzarella and the nutmeg). Mix well and pour all the filling over the dough.

On top, add a little more mozzarella and goat cheese.

Bake for 25 minutes at 180°.
