Prepare the green beans by washing them, removing the ends and cutting them.

Peel the potatoes, carrots and onion and cut them in half.

Put the potatoes, carrots and onion in a pressure cooker, cover with water and bring to the fire.

When it starts to boil, add the beans and close the pot.

Cook for ten minutes, turn off the heat and let all the steam escape before opening the pan.

Now all you have to do is enjoy! You can eat it as it is, warm with a little salt and a drizzle of oil when it is cold or let it cool, save the broth for another occasion and eat it cold seasoned with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper as a salad. Sometimes I like to add a hard-boiled egg or a tuna leg.
