Place 2 tablespoons of oatmeal in a bowl suitable for micro, add cinnamon to taste and stir, add the milk and a dash of vanilla and integrate. I like them thick, so I put 150 milk, if you like them more liquid put 200-250ml (keep in mind that they thicken when they cool down)

Put in the micro 2 min, this depends a little on the micro, mine is 1000wt, if after 2 min they are still not well hydrated, leave another minute in intervals of 30 sec.

Remove from the microwave and serve with the toppings you like best, fresh fruit, fresh fruit, chocolate, peanut butter, etc. In my case, half a banana, a handful of fresh blueberries and a handful of nuts, and a little more cinnamon on top. I don't put anything to sweeten because I like it that way, but you can add date paste or any other sweetener to taste.
