Peel a lemon trying to keep the skin with as little white part as possible so that it does not become bitter. The first thing we are going to do is to put the milk in a saucepan over medium-high heat along with the cinnamon stick and lemon until it boils. Once it has boiled, let it rest until it cools down and remove the cinnamon and lemon.

2. Place the slices of bread in a baking dish, pour the milk to soak (depending on the type of bread and the temperature of the milk should be soaking more or less time so watch the slices).

3. Preheat the oven to 200° with heat up and down with fan.

4. Crack the eggs (2), beat them and pour over the toast (both sides).

5. Bake for about 15 minutes on each side.

6. When they are ready, take them out of the oven. Mix cinnamon and sugar in a dish and while the torrijas are still warm, roll them. 😊
