Poach an onion cut into small cubes with olive oil. Once it is poached, add the tuna cans well drained and finally the crushed tomato and let it suck until it thickens. Add the spices.

With the help of a peeler, cut the zucchini into thin strips and then boil each strip for 1 minute.

Once we have boiled the strips for 1 minute (I boiled them in threes), assemble the rolls: put a spoonful of tuna and tomato filling at the beginning of the zucchini strip and roll it up.

Preheat the oven to 180º.

Put all the rolls on a baking tray, add some grated cheese on top (in my case Parmesan) and bake for 8 minutes on top.
