For the dough we put in a blender the spinach, eggs, milk and flour and grind everything well. Correct with flour if it remains liquid 🥬🥚🥛.

Heat a non-stick frying pan. When it is hot, put some dough in it. When bubbles appear on the surface, turn over. And so on. Makes 4-5 pancakes in two servings.

In a separate pan, over high heat, cook the frozen mushrooms. Add the spices and soy sauce 🫙 Mix well. Let the mushrooms cook until the water is completely evaporated.

Add the mixture to the crepes. I also add a handful of grated emmental cheese🧀. Ready!
