Prepare the sushi rice. You can also use normal or brown rice. Let it cool once cooked

While the rice is cooking, cut the salmon into small cubes (not too small).

Dress the salmon cubes with the soy sauce and sesame oil. Let stand.

Cut the avocado into small cubes. Season with a pinch of salt and lemon (optional).

Assemble with the help of a mold (or a tupper or any useful utensil hahaha), and enjoy!
