Add two cloves of chopped garlic to a frying pan with oil. When they are golden brown add the rest of the vegetables (all finely chopped) and fry for about 5 minutes. Add salt, pepper and cumin to taste. These spices will give a very rich flavor to the cooking.

Add water to cover the vegetables and wait for them to cook. It takes approximately 15 minutes

Let everything cool down. Once cold, pour the vegetables with the broth with which we have cooked them in the blender, blend it and ready 😋.

You can add (optional) some chia seeds when serving. It will give a crunchy touch to the dish.
