Put the mixture in the mold and bake at 210 degrees for 1 hour with heat up and down.

For topping you can use any jam, I made it with mango: - Two 🥭 - 2 tablespoons of chia - 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and a little zest. Peel the mangoes and put them in a pot over medium heat, when it is almost liquid beat it with the blender and add the lemon juice, zest and chia and let it cool in the fridge.
