Preparación de la receta

In a frying pan put a chopped onion and the garlic in slices with oil until golden brown.

Once browned, add it to the blender and set aside.

In the same frying pan we fry the tomatoes.

Remove the pan from the heat and add the spoonful of sweet paprika and stir. Then add a small glass of water and stir again.

Then we add it all in the glass of the blender that we already had with the garlic and onion and blend it all until it has a homogeneous texture.

In a pot put the chopped breasts, the carrot cut into slices, salt and pepper to taste, and add the sauce obtained from the blender and a small glass of water.

Heat the pot until the sauce is reduced.

For the garnish potatoes, we put the potatoes cut in slices and an onion cut in slices in a microwave pot with salt, pepper and oregano with a dash of olive oil and cover with water. Microwave for 15 minutes at maximum power and it's ready.
