With these ingredients I got a cake with a 20cm mold and 4 star tartlets. They can be frozen in portions well wrapped in film and in a tupper. We make the base by mixing the oat flour, almonds, a teaspoon of vanilla, coconut oil, water and 3 dates.

Spread this dough on the 20cm baking pan lined with baking paper. And in the star molds previously greased with olive oil. Keep in the refrigerator while preparing the filling.

Peel and grind the apples (4 for the filling) in a food processor but without pureeing them, so that they are chopped like this. Peel the pear also, I used it very ripe, it was like puree.

Transfer to a bowl.

We beat the ingredients for the filling: ➡️El cream cheese and quark ➡️ 150g of skyr that I couldn't find in the search engine. ➡️Yogures Greek ➡️ I also used 160g of condensed coconut milk (recipe in my profile). ➡️4 eggs, cornstarch, milk powder, the other teaspoon of vanilla. ➡️100ml coconut drink. We beat it all and mix with the apple .

Fill the molds and bake at 175° for 25 minutes for the star-shaped tartlets and 45 minutes for the large tart.

Allow to cool and place in the refrigerator for a few hours.

Slice the two remaining apples 🍎 with the skin and put them in the microwave in a silicone mold, 3 minutes at maximum power.

Now all that remains is to decorate the tart and the tartlets with the microwaved apple, raspberries and pomegranate.
