Preparación de la receta

I heated the water with the oil and salt in the micro without boiling. Then I mixed it with the flour, adding more flour until it no longer sticks to my hands.

While the dough rests, I boiled the breast for 5 minutes and poached the vegetables in very small pieces with the spices.

I chopped the breast into very small cubes and added it to the pan with the vegetables. You can also add a little tomato sauce and it is delicious.

I spread the dough on parchment paper with the help of an oiled rolling pin and put the filling on it once it was cold.

I folded the edges closed and spread it with egg.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200° for 20 minutes and it's ready!

I have also added some walnuts to the filling and it looks great!
