Preheat the oven to 180-C. If you don't have date paste, use 5-6 dates and crush them with a little warm water. If you already have it ready, use 40g.

Grind the pistachios into flour

Combine all the ingredients. OPTIONAL: add orange zest (it gives a very rich touch and sweetness).

Make small balls of approximately 20g each and flatten on a tray with baking paper.

Bake for 20-30 minutes until golden brown.

Decorate as you like, I put 85% chocolate and crushed pistachios.
