Mix the water and milk (they must be hot, but not burning) with the flour, oil, salt and chopped parsley. Knead for 5 minutes and rest for 10 minutes. After the time we divide in 6 and shape the arepas.

We pass through the griddle or frying pan brushed with oil and do about 5 minutes on each side.

Bake in a preheated oven at 200 and bake for about 15 minutes.

And ready! Serve with shredded beef, guacamole, potato and shrimp salad or whatever you prefer! Enjoy!
