Add the mushrooms and after 3 minutes, add the spinach (10').

In a separate frying pan, put a little oil and pass the seitan, so that it gets a little brown (3').

Meanwhile, in the pan where we have the spinach and mushrooms, add the chickpeas (already cooked), season with salt and pepper and cook (3').

Add the browned seitan to the main frying pan and mix.

Add the cream and continue mixing, then add the soybeans.
