Marinate the chicken with the yogurt, the spices and the juice of half a lemon for a couple of hours in the refrigerator (I recommend leaving it overnight to make it juicier).

Poach the onion and garlic with a little olive oil.

When the onion is poached, add the chicken and seal it.

Once the chicken is sealed, add a spoonful of tomato concentrate (in this case I used fried tomato because I didn't have any) and mix well.

When it is integrated, add the coconut milk and stir well.

Add a little more Garam Masala to enhance the flavor and mix until everything is homogeneous.

Let the chicken cook for 15-20 minutes over medium-low heat so that it does not dry out and let the sauce thicken.

In the meantime we can make some rice to go with it.
