Soak the dates in warm water (about 30m).

In a processor put the dates (drained), the peanut butter and the coconut milk and grind until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous caramel ..... Set aside...

In a bowl put the oats, almonds and 3 tablespoons of our caramel. Mix with your hands and make a dough, we move to a mold or square tupper and make our cookie base by pressing and shaping with your hands...

Once we have our base... With the rest of our caramel we spread our layer all over the base, add a handful of natural peeled peanuts and press lightly to fix inside our caramel.

We take to the freezer (about 2h) after we take out and cut our sticks...

We melt our chocolate and dip our bars (let them drain on a wire rack to remove the excess chocolate) and that's it!
