Prepare the Yucca. Remove the peel and root. Cut into small pieces and boil it.

Once boiled, we grind it together with the 3 eggs and the spices, by eye (salt, pepper, Provencal herbs).

When ready, put the dough on the baking sheet (previously preheated) adding a couple of spoonfuls per slice and shaping it with a spoon.

Bake 25/30 mins at 180°/190°.
